A must visit in Edinburgh!! It was lively and the bar staff were very nice. The man playing the piano was absolutely brilliant, can't remember his name but he's from London and he was so brilliant and also very funny! We will absolutely be back!

I traveled to Edinburgh on the week of my birthday. I was in search of some good music. Five minutes away from my residences, I saw a sign that read ‘FINGERS PIANO BAR’ as a piano player myself, I was immediately intrigued. I approached the door, closed. No luck this time. I approached the following evening, at first I expected to be met with a closed door, however to my surprise the door opened and there were around three people inside. I eagerly ordered a drink for myself and my girlfriend, and enjoyed some chat with a fellow customer. Or so I thought! In an instant, he strode over to the piano with a confidence and coolness us mere mortals can only aspire too, and began playing an angelic reprise. Requested some Carole king. He said, who’s that? And gestured so as to tell me to go back to my seat, unfortunately I will have to dock a star for this. I left shortly afterward with many questions about ‘FINGERS PIANO BAR’. When is it open? When is it closed? I do not know, however I would recommend. Overall 4/5.

Very good piano bar staff friendly although the locals can be a bit judgemental once they have had too much to drink and form a cliche. Still I have always recommended this bar as the piano players have great vocals and the atmosphere when it gets busy is amazing. The bar manager is probably the best thing about the place and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Had many great nights there.

They must be doing something right. Still popular after so many years. A great piano bar with an amazing atmosphere. I played there years ago. It was always fun. And Guy is still the manager after so many years. Not many places keep staff this long.

It has been said by many, that Fingers Piano bar is ‘Edinburgh’s premier’ night club. But it’s so much more than that. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere for people of all ages. The music is always upbeat, fun and many a time strangers become firm friends and end up singing their hearts out together around the piano man. The bouncers and bar staff (and in particular the lovely Manager called Guy) are kind and caring and seem to really enjoy their job. To anyone new visiting the city it is a fun place to be welcomed by the locals. For the locals, it’s a fun ‘meet-up place’ when you cross paths with distant friends and all coming together to dance and laugh. Fingers Piano is a firm favourite of mine and I recommend to everyone to experience.

I visited this wonderful place in April. -24 Had the best pints of Guinness in my life. They were 10/10. Bartenders knew just how to pour them up perfectly. And also the man behand the Piano, what a legend, great song and voice. Thanks for having us. Cheers from Sweden

I attended a sing-a-long pub quiz here during the Fringe. I am NOT someone who likes singing. At. All. But I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The host was amazing and created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
